i am not worthy

For Those with a Broken Heart and a Contrite Spirit

Jesus Christ Is Worthy

About i am not worthy

This website exists for the glory of God. It is a place for those who feel unworthy, wrestle with their weakness, or long to understand the depth of Christ’s love. Here, we proclaim a simple truth: Jesus alone is worthy — and through Him, we are made worthy.

Personal Note:
I know what it is to feel unworthy. I recognize my own weaknesses, my failures, and my constant need for grace. But I also know that Jesus Christ has made us worthy in Him. Everything here is simply an expression of that truth. My hope is that this website will guide you to the same grace that rescued me.

Guided by His Light

Welcome to a sacred place dedicated to our Lord God and to the worthiness of His Holy One. Our mission is to reflect His love, His majesty, and His wisdom. Through devotion, Scripture, and honest reflection, we seek to walk in His light and grow together in faith, hope, and redemption.

“For the LORD is our defence; and the Holy One of Israel is our king.” (Psalm 89:18)

God is the Creator

Our Lord God is the Creator of the universe, the One who holds supreme authority and power over all things. His boundless love, mercy, and grace extend to every corner of creation. In His wisdom and providence, He sustains all life and offers salvation to all who seek Him. It is Almighty God who chose to manifest in the flesh, becoming our Redeemer and Savior, revealing His power, mercy, and love for humanity.

“God was manifest in the flesh… preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.” (1 Timothy 3:16)

Why Jesus Alone Is Worthy

Almighty God is sovereign, holy, and full of mercy. In His great love, He came to us in the person of Jesus Christ, our Redeemer and Savior. Through Jesus, God revealed His compassion and His desire to save humanity.

Through His deep love, Jesus Christ gave His life for us (John 3:16; Romans 5:8). By His blood, we are washed clean from all unrighteousness and may approach the throne of Grace through faith.

At the judgment, there is a sealed book that is impossible to open except by those who are truly worthy. And yet no one was found worthy to even look upon it — no one except the Lamb of God.
“Who is worthy to open the book…? And no man… was able.” (Revelation 5:2–13)

This is the heart of our faith: we are not worthy on our own, but in Christ, we are made worthy.

We Are Made Worthy in Christ by His Grace

Jesus Christ is worthy because He loved us so deeply that He gave His life for us. His sacrifice cleanses us from all unrighteousness, making a way to approach God with confidence — not by our works, but by His mercy, through the blood of His Cross.

“But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;" (Titus 3:4-6)

Through His grace, we are washed, renewed, and made children of light.

Children of the Light

God calls us out of darkness and into His marvelous light. His Word guides our steps, strengthens our hearts, and teaches us how to shine in a world that desperately needs hope.

"Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness." (1Thessalonians 5:5)

"Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." (Matthew 5:14-16)

"That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;" (Philippians 2:15)

"Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life." (John 8:12)

"While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them." (John 12:36)

"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." (Psalm 119:105)

"I the Lord have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;" (Isaiah 42:6)

"For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:" (Ephesians 5:8)

Through Jesus Christ — God manifest in the flesh — we are brought from darkness into His glorious light, made worthy by His grace, and called to shine for His glory.

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. (1Timothy 3:16 )
It is by Jesus’ free gift of grace that we are made worthy in Him.
Holy, holy, holy is the Lord
